The MANDOOSY application allows its members who wish to agree to the agreement to request a delivery service via smart phone applications, receive it, and deliver it door to door. The applications provide an easy way to deliver your orders to all states of the Sultanate. The goal of this site is to provide a simple and convenient service to customers, and to connect them directly with delivery customers without the presence of intermediaries. Interactive menus allow customers to choose the type of delivery service according to duration and price, which can be used easily and quickly. Smart Apps aims to be a comprehensive online aggregator for all merchants and businesses.
MANDOOSY does not interfere in any delivery request made between the merchant and the stores or merchants and representatives. The site only provides a direct link service to find the representative close to your geographical location, which helps you deliver your product to the customer in the fastest time. Stores and individuals are fully responsible individually for compliance with the laws, regulations and standards applied in the country regarding materials permitted for transport and circulation.
The user is fully responsible for verifying the correctness of delivery addresses, and the MANDOOSY application does not bear any responsibility for incorrect addresses. Your orders are delivered using representatives whose identity has been verified and who have agreed to the terms of use of the application. Representatives endeavor to deliver orders according to the time indicated during the order, but despite this, the delivery time may be affected by factors beyond their control.
Agreement:
To be a member of the MANDOOSY application, you must register in the MANDOOSY application and confirm the phone number by entering the OTP number. Thus, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms of the MANDOOSY application use agreement.
The term “you” refers to any person or entity that uses or accesses the Application or submits any content or materials to it. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you may not use the Application. MANDOOSY Application reserves the right to amend the terms of use at any time without prior notice, and you accept that your continued visit to the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions apply to the MANDOOSY application and all its applications on iPhone, iPad, Android devices and phones connected to the Internet browser.
How is the delivery request submitted and how is it implemented by the representative:
After you select the governorate and state you wish to deliver your order from and to from the list available in the MANDOOSY application, you can then choose the appropriate service for you from the options available to you, such as the express delivery option. Then the system will verify the representative available to carry out your order according to the data listed by you, when available. The appropriate representative, the system will request confirmation of your request by clicking on the “Execute Request” button. Please review the information you enter and correct any errors before clicking the "Place Order" button, as errors cannot be modified after clicking this button. After receiving your order, we will send a message on the final page that the order has been received and successfully sent to the MANDOOSY representative. A MANDOOSY representative will contact you to determine the location to receive the order and the time that suits you.
Types of service and prices
MANDOOSY offers delivery service in all governorates and states of the Sultanate (depending on the availability of representatives). MANDOOSY offers a variety of express and regular transportation and shipping service options, which include express local transportation to all states of the Sultanate. You can select the shipping option that best suits your needs below:
1. Express shipping:
This option provides express delivery within the governorate from one state to another within a period not exceeding 6 hours, at a price of three riyals except for delivery to and from the states of Jabal Al Akhdar, Masirah, Khasab, Bukha, Dibba, and Madha, where the price is four riyals.
2. Standard shipping:
This option provides delivery within the governorate from one state to another in a period 24hr to 72hr for a price of only two riyals, except for delivery to and from the states of Jabal Al Akhdar, Masirah, Khasab, Bukha, Dibba, and Madha, where the price is three riyals.
3. Request Prices:
This option allows the user to specify the place of receipt and delivery of his order and the time he wants his order to reach the recipient, while choosing a representative from among the price quotes he receives from the representatives. For example, Muhammad wants to send a package from Muscat to Nizwa, with the package arriving in Nizwa within two hours. All that is required of Muhammad is Put this data in the application and you will immediately receive the price quote from the representatives, and they must choose the appropriate option from among the price offers.
Membership system and privacy in MANDOOSY:
MANDOOSY does not share member information with third parties, with the exception of sharing the phone number with the representatives who provide the delivery service. To access MANDOOSY services that require membership, members must log in using their username and password.
When using the Site, the User undertakes to provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete personal information, and to report any changes immediately. The user agrees not to impersonate another person or use false names. Members are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of their passwords and are responsible for all activities that occur using their accounts. In case of doubt or suspicion that the password has been leaked, members should contact technical support immediately.
Members are prohibited from using the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including distributing illegal or offensive material or interfering with the use of the Site. Activities that damage the Site or restrict its operation are also prohibited.

When using MANDOOSY services, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. The Member confirms the accuracy of the information provided in the registration form, provided that such information is necessary. The member also bears full responsibility for any losses resulting from providing inaccurate or insufficient information, such as forgetting the password, with MANDOOSY not bearing responsibility in those cases, with the possibility of terminating the member’s membership.
2. The member bears full responsibility for the opinions and personal data he shares during his use of “MANDOOSY” services, as well as for the attached files and personal information sent, with “MANDOOSY” not bearing any responsibility in this regard.
3. The member undertakes not to send any threatening, immoral or racist messages, and not to use the service for commercial or advertising purposes without the express consent of “MANDOOSY”.
4. Members are prohibited from using the Service in ways that are considered illegal or harmful, such as sending information or software that causes damage to other users' devices.
5. All MANDOOSY systems are monitored at any time, and the company reserves the right to use its system for commercial purposes.
6. Members pledge not to access the site or services using third-party accounts without explicit consent, and not to use the site for illegal purposes or infringing behavior.
7. Minors must obtain guardian approval before using the site, with direct supervision by their guardian.
8. The user undertakes to pay the delivery representative directly in cash according to the amount indicated in the order during receipt from the sender or after delivery from the recipient, with One Box not bearing any responsibility in this regard.
9. The customer knows and acknowledges that we are not employers and do not have any controlling or supervisory authority over delivery representatives, and that they are completely independent in their work.
10. The customer acknowledges that we do not represent him before others, nor are we considered his agent, and that he is personally responsible towards the delivery representative in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions stipulated in this agreement or in the event of a breach of the legal texts and provisions in effect within the country.
In affirmation of these terms, members undertake to comply with the stated terms of use and responsibilities.
Product delivery
During the process of the representative receiving or delivering your order, if the deliverer or recipient is not present at the specified address at the agreed upon time, then the user bears full responsibility for any additional amounts that may result from this.
Return the product
With regard to returning the product in the event that the recipient is unable to receive the order, the sender bears the costs of sending and returning the order equivalent to twice the agreed upon delivery price. MANDOOSY does not bear any responsibility for the disputes that may arise as a result of this. The customer also has the right to cancel the order in the event that it exceeds Delivery time specified by the representative.
Payment methods
1. The user can choose the payment method he prefers on the “MANDOOSY” website, and the currently available options include: paying in cash from the sender, or paying in cash from the recipient.
2. MANDOOSY has the right to provide new payment methods if necessary, as well as the right to block or remove any currently available payment methods.
3. When requesting a delivery service, the user must choose the appropriate service for him to pay the delivery amount from among the available services, and he bears full responsibility if this is not possible.
Price and payment
When your order is accepted, you as a customer enter into an agreement with the delivery representative, and full responsibility for this order lies with the delivery representative alone. Payment is made in cash directly to the representative fulfilling the order. The customer bears full responsibility for paying the fee. The store may impose additional fees if a “special order” or “general order” is added. These fees must be paid in cash prior or upon delivery of the order as per delivery terms.
Order Cancellation:
After you receive the order confirmation, if you wish to cancel the order, you should contact the delivery representative directly, but you will have to pay a commission of 18% of the delivery fee, amounting to a minimum of 300 baisa and a maximum of 10 riyal, in the event that the representative does not move or reach the delivery location. The order, but in the event of cancellation after the representative arrives at the location to receive the order, you will have to hand over the full delivery amount to the representative or according to the agreement between the two parties.
Despite our efforts to maintain accurate pricing and descriptions, we reserve the right to cancel any order containing incorrect information.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Site Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. These terms require that disputes relating to the Site Terms, including non-contractual disputes, be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
